The United Arab Emirates occupies a great economic position that qualifies it to attract investors and capital from all countries of the world. To expand and open the door to investments, the United Arab Emirates has sought to bring about a distinguished shift and a prosperous march through the new law that replaced the Civil Procedures Law No. 11 of 1992 AD. This law was not limited to modernity; Rather, it canceled Articles 203 to 218 of the Civil Procedure Code, and practicing and interested arbitrators and international centers are well aware that this shift in this law is qualitative, and will have an impact on the work of international arbitration in the United Arab Emirates, taking into account that the UAE legislator subjected this law to provisions Federal Law No. 11 of 1992 regarding the Civil Procedure Code, and I will seek to explain this distinguished law, and I hope to be able to shed light on its most important articles, and take the opportunity to give great thanks to this distinguished country, and to its wise government, which always strives to have a great international standing, and it was the best representative to the Arab world by attracting major companies and investors from the five continents, and I find that this gigantic development and distinguished vision did not come out of nowhere; Emiratis always carry great ambition to move their country to the highest scientific and cultural levels, and the government of the United Arab Emirates, led by its rulers, has proven this to the world.
