Abstract :

  There are many uses for the concept of “immunity”, as it encompasses many fields, as well as their various types, including parliamentary immunity, diplomatic immunity, and judicial immunity. In its general meaning, it means a distance from the possibility of being subjected to, arrested, or prosecuted for reasons specified by international law in relation to persons enjoying immunity in the field of international relations such as heads of state, ministers of foreign affairs ambassadors and the diplomatic corps in general, or for reasons determined by national laws For people to whom these laws are assigned special protection as heads of state, parliamentarians, and judges.
