Energy in all its forms in the modern world is no secret to anyone; it is the pillar of the means of production and distribution, the engine of politics, peace, and war, and the creator of scientific and technological innovation for the development of new energy sources. Energy sources include oil, natural gas, electricity, and nuclear energy, each with its problems and the specific nature of its disputes. We will limit this research to the closest forms of power related to our Arab world and the Gulf State in particular, namely oil and natural gas energy. In addition to its close contact with the Arab world, it is also the image that has been created and which has given rise to a multitude of arbitral judgments One of the legal principles is the modern one, which some have called the whole law of oil.
